We hope you love your jewellery, however if something isn’t quite perfect we’re here to help.  

Refunds are only accepted if the item you receive is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Please check your order and contact us immediately so that we can rectify the issue. You have 14 days to do so.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Return Shipping
All customers are responsible for the delivery costs associated with the item return. We cannot be held responsible for damaged or lost items, therefore, we advise you use a recorded method of posting the item back to us. The delivery fee of the item sent for return belongs to the customer
